Happy Monday Morning, Cardinal Family!
I’m pleased to inform you that the phones at all school sites are now functioning, and we have implemented a temporary solution for internet connectivity. However, most of our Education Service Center is still undergoing remediation, and I anticipate that this process will take several weeks. The business office and enrollment personnel are currently located in the board room, which you can access through the East doors.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Sincerely,
Dr. Hogan

Cardinal Family,
I am writing to inform you that our Education Service Center (ESC) will be closed today due to significant water damage caused by the early morning storm. Crews are currently working to restore operations.
Additionally, since our server is located at the ESC and also sustained damage, we are experiencing a district-wide outage of phones and internet services. However, all school sites will remain open today.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve these issues.
Sincerely,
Dr. Hogan

Dear Cardinal Family,
The National Weather Service in Tulsa has indicated that we are likely to receive severe weather this afternoon. Given this forecast and the timing of the storms coinciding with our regular dismissal, we have made the decision to implement an early dismissal today.
Elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m., and secondary schools will dismiss at 12:30 p.m., which includes bus routes beginning at these times. We encourage you to reach out to your child's school should you have any questions or need further information.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please be assured that this decision has been made with the utmost consideration for the safety of our students and staff. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Warm regards,
Dr. Jeremy Hogan
Superintendent of Schools
