As most of you know, a new Free & Reduced Meal Application is required each school year to participate in our program. Both breakfast and lunch will be full price unless we have an application on file that qualifies you otherwise. To find the 24/25 SY meal application, please visit your Parent Portal (the same portal you use for enrollment), choose the Student Records Portal from your list of apps, make sure you've chosen the Lunch Room Application tab at the top of the page, then click on the link that says "Fill and Upload Application". Finally, proceed to fill out all required fields and submit. For any questions regarding the Parent Portal, please e-mail: pportal@collinsville.k12.ok.us . Middle School Schedule Pick-Up, August 6th, 9:00-11:00 a.m. & 1:00-3:00 p.m.
7th Grade: An updated Tdap vaccine or a signed exemption form is required before a schedule will be released.
Student registration/district enrollment must be completed in full to pick up a schedule. Student registration/district enrollment forms must be updated yearly. https://www.collinsville.k12.ok.us/o/cps/page/enrollment-center
Students may walk around the building and become familiar with the location of classrooms. (Teachers will not be on site.)
7th & 8th CMS Volleyball practice starts July 29th at 11:30 at the High School Gym. All sports physicals and Rank One forms should be completed and turned in by July 29th.

Important Message from Nurse Brandi:
Just a reminder that tonight from 5-6:30, Collinsville High School will be hosting a Sports/Activity Physical night in the gym. The Caring Van will be available for those students needing any catch-up immunizations. Physicals are $20 and meet the OSSAA requirement for students to participate in extracurricular school activities for next year.

Due to the threat of severe weather, Saturday night’s HS Musical performance has been postponed for tonight and moved to Monday night at 7:00 PM. Sunday’s performance will be performed as scheduled at 7:00 PM.
