As most of you know, a new Free & Reduced Meal Application is required each school year to participate in our program. Both breakfast and lunch will be full price unless we have an application on file that qualifies you otherwise. To find the 24/25 SY meal application, please visit your Parent Portal (the same portal you use for enrollment), choose the Student Records Portal from your list of apps, make sure you've chosen the Lunch Room Application tab at the top of the page, then click on the link that says "Fill and Upload Application". Finally, proceed to fill out all required fields and submit. For any questions regarding the Parent Portal, please e-mail: pportal@collinsville.k12.ok.us . Middle School Schedule Pick-Up, August 6th, 9:00-11:00 a.m. & 1:00-3:00 p.m.
7th Grade: An updated Tdap vaccine or a signed exemption form is required before a schedule will be released.
Student registration/district enrollment must be completed in full to pick up a schedule. Student registration/district enrollment forms must be updated yearly. https://www.collinsville.k12.ok.us/o/cps/page/enrollment-center
Students may walk around the building and become familiar with the location of classrooms. (Teachers will not be on site.)
