Cardinal Parents,
As most of you know, a new Free & Reduced Meal Application is required each school year to participate in our program. Both breakfast and lunch will be full price unless we have an application on file that qualifies you otherwise. To find the 24/25 SY meal application, please visit your Parent Portal (the same portal you use for enrollment), choose the Student Records Portal from your list of apps, make sure you've chosen the Lunch Room Application tab at the top of the page, then click on the link that says "Fill and Upload Application". Finally, proceed to fill out all required fields and submit. For any questions regarding the Parent Portal, please e-mail: pportal@collinsville.k12.ok.us . Due to the threat of severe weather, Saturday night’s HS Musical performance has been postponed for tonight and moved to Monday night at 7:00 PM. Sunday’s performance will be performed as scheduled at 7:00 PM.
