Enhancements to the OSTP Parent Portal
The Oklahoma State Department of Education is excited to announce new changes for the OSTP Parent Portal this year. Several changes have been made to the way accounts are handled for the OSTP Parent Portal, namely that now a single parent account can be associated with more than one student and a single student can be associated with up to 3 parent accounts. This means that all parents will need to create new accounts for the parent portal starting June 14, 2022. The OSTP Parent Portal website is available at https://okparentportal.emetric.net.

NOTICE: Community Update
Dear Cardinal Family,
I hope this letter finds you well. As you’re aware, this is a hectic time of the year. Between State Testing, field trips, and many activities, there is seldom a day during the last quarter that doesn't include one of the above. I would like to recognize a few of our groups who have recently achieved some distinguished honors. The CHS Jazz Band won two State Championships this week. Also, you can watch our award-winning Cardinal Choir perform the musical, Into the Woods, this evening at 7 PM or on Saturday at 2 PM. The performances are at the High School Activity Center.
I also want to recognize Lady Cardinal Soccer and Cardinal Baseball for recently capturing District Championships. Both teams open playoffs next week at home. Soccer v. McAlester at 7 PM on May 3rd at Sallee Field, and the bracket for Baseball playoffs will be released soon. Cardinal Golf recently captured the Metro Lakes Conference Championship, with Lady Cardinal Golf finishing as runner-up. Track and Field and Tennis are also having stellar seasons, as they have captured multiple team and individual awards. Our FFA students have also had a busy Spring with many competitions, achieving considerable success.
I could go on and on about our students and staff and their many accomplishments. I also want to thank our parents and community for the continued support, as it plays a prominent role in our many successes! It’s Always Good to Be a Cardinal!!!
Please note that today is the last Friday we will be in session for the 2021-22 school year, and below are a few other upcoming dates of importance:
* Tuesday, May 3rd - Parent-Teacher Conferences (4-7 PM)
* Friday(s), May 6th, 13th, 20th - No School
* Saturday, May 21st - Senior Graduation @ TU Reynolds Center (11 AM)
* Thursday, May 26th - Last day of school for students
I hope you have a blessed weekend, and I hope to see you at one of our activities events as we close out a very successful year.
All the best,
Jeremy Hogan
Superintendent of Schools
